Hi, my name is Bronwen (she/her) and I am a 21 y/o student studying Ceramic Design in London. I chose to study ceramics as I really enjoy it and I find it really interesting that, as a global craft, it has been practiced across all cultures and time periods.

Like many people, discovering Neocities felt I had rediscovered the internet as I remembered it as a kid, and that this community was reimagining the future as it was presented in the 2000's. I think now, more than ever, it is important to carve out a space online free from corprate algorithms designed to profit from us.
As someone persuing a career in that arts, I feel like the reliance on social media is restrictive and off-putting, so in creating a site like this I can (1) free myself from the ever-quickening trend cycle and (2) use this site to explore new methods of presenting my work digitally. Hopefully this website will allow me to focus more on my work :)
